We are looking for a Talent Researcher who excels at finding and engaging top-tier talent in the AdTech domain. This role is ideal for someone who masters all modern sourcing techniques, actively leverages AI-powered tools, and is able to close roles quickly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in supporting our recruiters and directly contributing to successful and fast hires across international markets.



Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end candidate sourcing for roles within AdTech / MarTech / SaaS / Digital domains;

  • Use of advanced sourcing techniques: LinkedIn (Boolean & X-Ray), job boards, communities, referrals, GitHub, and niche platforms;

  • Active use of AI and automation tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and outreach processes;

  • Identification and engagement of candidates from Ukraine and international markets, including Europe, LATAM, and Asia;

  • Conducting initial candidate outreach and qualification in collaboration with recruiters;

  • Maintaining accurate candidate data and pipelines in the ATS;

  • Ensuring fast turnaround times and high-quality talent pipelines for active roles.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Researcher / Sourcing Specialist;

  • Strong knowledge of all major sourcing methodologies and tools;

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for talent research and sourcing;

  • Ability to work with international talent markets and diverse candidate profiles;

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken);

  • High level of ownership, speed, and attention to detail;

  • Ability to manage business and technical roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.


Nice to Have

  • Previous experience sourcing for AdTech or Digital Marketing companies;

  • Understanding of global hiring trends and compensation benchmarks;

  • Experience working with startups, scale-ups, or recruitment agencies.
