We're looking for a driven, self-sufficient Sales Manager who can own the entire sales cycle — from sourcing leads to closing deals. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building relationships at industry events, and know the programmatic advertising landscape inside out, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
Build and execute multi-channel outreach sequences — email, LinkedIn, calls, and beyond.
Write compelling, personalised cold emails and follow-up sequences that actually get replies.
Attend and represent the company at international industry conferences (e.g. DMEXCO, Cannes Lions, IAB, Possible, IMS, etc.).
Navigate and close complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in CRM.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to craft tailored solutions for prospects.
Hands-on experience in managing the full pipeline: discovery → proposal → negotiation → close.
Requirements:
2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
Proven track record of closing deals — not just passing leads to AEs.
Strong outbound skills: you know how to build a list, write a sequence, and book meetings consistently.
Experience designing and running multi-channel outreach campaigns (email + LinkedIn + calls).
Comfortable representing the company at international events — networking is second nature to you.
Proficient with modern sales tools (CRM, outreach automation, lead enrichment, prospecting platforms).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Self-starter mentality — you set your own pace and don't need to be managed.
Experience working in Ad Tech, Programmatic Advertising, RTB, or DSP/SSP environments.
Existing network of decision-makers in the programmatic / digital advertising space.
Familiarity with the key players, platforms, and buying models in the open programmatic ecosystem.
