Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our expansion across Europe by developing strategic partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, publishers, mobile app developers, direct media owners, agencies and other ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies across Europe.
Acquire and manage DSP, SSP, Publisher and App Developer partnerships.
Identify premium inventory and demand opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee partner onboarding.
Work closely with Product, Operations and Engineering teams.
Represent Pubeasy at industry conferences and client meetings.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and partnership targets.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, AdTech or Digital Advertising.
Strong understanding of RTB, OpenRTB, DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange and Header Bidding.
Existing relationships with European DSPs, SSPs, publishers or mobile developers.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
Fluent English.
Self-driven and capable of working remotely.
