We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with strong experience in programmatic advertising and managed service DSP models. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by building and managing direct relationships with brands, agencies, and key partners in Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Own full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and growing accounts
Manage and expand a portfolio of clients with focus on long-term revenue growth
Drive managed service DSP revenue through strategic planning and upselling budgets
Work closely with trading and ad ops teams to deliver performance and client satisfaction
Build strong relationships with agencies, holding groups, and direct advertisers
Identify opportunities in PMP, CTV, and private deals
Maintain deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem (RTB, DSPs, SSPs, data, measurement)
Requirements
4–8+ years in digital advertising sales (programmatic preferred)
Strong experience in managed service DSP or agency trading environment
Existing relationships with agencies and/or brands in Saudi Arabia, Middle East
Proven track record of closing and scaling high-value deals
Solid understanding of programmatic buying, CPM models, and media planning
Ability to operate independently and own revenue targets
Nice to Have
Experience with DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
Exposure to PMP/PG deals and CTV inventory
Understanding of regional market dynamics (MENA)
