About the role

Adtech company with a patented technology that identifies and categorizes users from various AI platforms, such as ChatGPT, Grok, and Claude looking for Business Development Manager. We create internal segments based on these high-intensity AI users to sell to advertisers and agencies. On the publisher side, we are quite flexible and can connect via prebid or tags.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new publisher partners, building a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities.

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with publishers, acting as the main point of contact.

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from outreach and negotiation to closing deals and onboarding partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Product, and Sales) to ensure successful integration and revenue growth.

  • Monitor publisher performance and optimize monetization strategies to maximize revenue.

  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in digital advertising, adtech, or media).

  • Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and onboarding new partners.

  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients or partners.

  • Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle: from initial outreach to negotiation, closing deals, and onboarding.

  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize revenue.

  • Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (SSP, DSP, programmatic, monetization is a plus).

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Ad Operations).

  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset.

  • English level: Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate (or higher), sufficient for working with international partners.
