About the role
Adtech company with a patented technology that identifies and categorizes users from various AI platforms, such as ChatGPT, Grok, and Claude looking for Business Development Manager. We create internal segments based on these high-intensity AI users to sell to advertisers and agencies. On the publisher side, we are quite flexible and can connect via prebid or tags.
Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and onboard new publisher partners, building a strong pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with publishers, acting as the main point of contact.
Drive the full sales cycle, from outreach and negotiation to closing deals and onboarding partners.
Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Product, and Sales) to ensure successful integration and revenue growth.
Monitor publisher performance and optimize monetization strategies to maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities within the digital advertising ecosystem.
Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in digital advertising, adtech, or media).
Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and onboarding new partners.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients or partners.
Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle: from initial outreach to negotiation, closing deals, and onboarding.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize revenue.
Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (SSP, DSP, programmatic, monetization is a plus).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Ad Operations).
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven mindset.
English level: Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate (or higher), sufficient for working with international partners.
