The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation in the video advertising space. This role focuses on building partnerships with advertisers, agencies, and publishers, launching new business opportunities, and optimizing the performance of video inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth strategies within video advertising (Web, Mobile, CTV/OTT).

• Identify and launch new revenue streams, advertising formats, and markets.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and the digital/video advertising landscape.

• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, and technology partners.

• Lead negotiations and close commercial agreements (CPM, RevShare,Programmatic, Private Deals).

• Build and maintain long-term partnerships.

• Upsell and cross-sell video inventory and company solutions.

• Onboard and scale publishers (websites, mobile apps, CTV platforms).

• Optimize video inventory performance (eCPM, fill rate, viewability, VTR).

• Collaborate with Ad Operations and technical teams on integrations (VAST, VPAID, SDK).

• Oversee the launch and performance of video advertising campaigns.

• Monitor and analyze key KPIs (CTR, VTR, Completion Rate, ROI).

• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

• Work closely with Ad Operations, Product, Tech, and Finance teams.

• Communicate market feedback and client requirements to product teams.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

• Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes.

• Forecast revenue and ensure achievement of revenue targets.

• Ensure brand safety and anti-fraud standards.

• Maintain compliance with GDPR and other regulatory requirements.

• Work with traffic verification and measurement tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital advertising or video advertising.

• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and video

technologies.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

• Experience working with KPIs and revenue metrics.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CTV/OTT advertising.

• Existing network of advertisers or publishers.

• International market experience.
